ReplyDeleteThank you a lot.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your continued efforts with bringing this series to fans old and new alike, I cannot truly express how thankful I am for your hard work! This is a series I hold very dear and your translations have kept it within reach for years. I cannot wait to dig into Black Hills.

ReplyDeleteI've return after 6 years to download the new novels.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for the translations, I really love this series.
Thank you so so much! I’ve done my new rewatch of the series and it’s only thanks to you I got to read other volumes (my country doesn’t even have official translations). Eugene, you’re doing god’s work. Providing the epub files is so helpful too!
ReplyDeleteI just rewatched the anime after more than 10 years since I last saw it. Now looking for the novels I find this very recent effort it seems surreal. Thanks for letting us enjoy this masterpiece even after it seemed forgotten.
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing! Thank you so much for your hard work. God bless you!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this Eugene!❤️
ReplyDeleteYou have filled a gaping hole in my heart that I felt when I had first completed the Twelve Kingdoms anime back in 2012, and for that I'll forever be grateful.

DeleteYou should definitely post your work on Twitter (X), Instagram, Youtube etc for better reach. You've already done the hard part. You'll just have to show it to a large audience.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for these.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, does anyone know why the 12 Kingdoms novels have such titles?
I just wanted to give you so much thanks for doing these. It's a labor of love, and we really appreciate it. You're a truly wonderful person for taking the time to make these translations available. I (and I know others as well), deeply appreciate it. Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteI'm Brazilian and I just have to thank you for this work. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThank goodness I found this page via Google. I can finally read Hills of Silver Ruins. For months I thought it had been taken down.
ReplyDeleteI suggest that you change the link in your sidebar to say "Twelve Kingdoms Downloads" instead of just "Downloads." I've always gotten your books from the Twelve Kingdoms section, and I was expecting this one to be in that section. I didn't think to look here. I had given up months ago but finally figured it out.
Thank you very much for your hardwork! I can finally know what happened after the anime.
ReplyDeleteHearts for you Translator-sama!
Just wanna say thank you again. Sometimes I just come back to this site to feel warm from everyone's love and appreciation for this series and your hard work
ReplyDeleteThe incredible amount of scholarly work and time you devoted to the Twelve Kingdom books is breathtaking. Thank you so so much for bringing these wonderful stories to English-language readers. I truly appreciate it! Although this is not why you do this, I'd gladly donate as a thank you.

Thank you so much. You were the reason that I got interested in the "Twelve Kingdoms" novels many years ago. I even bought the novels that were already published by Tokyo Pop, but to my dismay the translations were very poor -- I wish that they had hired you instead. After Tokyo Pop went bankrupt there was no way to finish the series. Thank you so very much for finally allowing me to finish a series that I started reading about 10 years ago. You are amazing.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!!!!
ReplyDeleteGracias por tu traduccion
ReplyDeleteYou are a hero. Watched the anime back in college!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
ReplyDeleteTysm! What an undertaking. So grateful for the work you've done and the care you put into it. I've loved this series for over ten years and now coming back to pick it up again, as I dearly miss this kind of quality writing
