Upcoming projects

My next book in the Twelve Kingdom series (chosen simply because I have it and I want to read it) will be Higashi no Watatsumi, Nishi no Sokai ("Poseidon of the East, Vast Blue Seas in the West"). TokyoPop did a version but it's since gone way out of print. Hisho no Tori ("Hisho's Bird") will probably come after that.

I can't say for certain when I'll start posting chapters, but it should be in the next month or two.

So sad, I'll be without a new twelve kingdoms book for awhile lol I already have the tokyopop version of this book along with the other 4 twelve kingdom releases.(I've taken to collecting all tokyopop remnants from kino no tabi to Goth to Welcome to NHK) However I still need to read tonan no tsuba so all is good. You do a great job translating. I loved Tasogare no Kishi, Akatsuki no Sora. Keep up the good work.

P.S. I highly recommend looking into kino no tabi it is a great book. There are currently 16 volumes. Only the first was ever translated.(In actual book form. The rest are fan translation up to volume 11 I think). I'm starting up the translations on baka-tsuki.org. I can only hope there up to your quality of translation.

@Advent, quite true about his quality of translations.

@Eugene, I'm so happy you decided to work in this wonderful books, like Anonymous said, i didn't remember it was one of the incompleted translations done on the internet. And well, contrary to Advent, it was and still is impossible to buy translations done in USA; so i'm really happy you are going to translate them :). On the other hand, I think your translations are just VERY good! and I hate commercial translations.. they don't keep the main idea and maybe some are lost in their translations... but I think in yours they don't :)

I can't wait to read them both, especially Hisho's Bird since it's brand new to me. Your translations are the best! Thank you so much.
